First Steps for SEO
All, as i mentioned earlier, i am newbie here, can some one plesae guide me what steps i need to make to do the SEO. I listed my site here but it was moved to Site reviews, thats why i am not listing the site here again. I need to know what are the first steps i need to take to get high ranks and be visible in search engines.

My site is totally dynamic running coldfusion. I woul really appreciate some help.
