I watched that video and implemented his suggestions

1. Prominent call to action
2. Product categories at the top
3. Short sentences---easier to scan
4. Contact page on landing site
what exactly is it that is unsavory? I mean, if I turn it over to a freelancer and say "fix this" without an idea of how it sucks---I am just wasting time and money.
How about this?

Don't hire just anyone. Hire someone that knows how to do landing page optimization.
Hire the person KP told you about—let him hook you up. He knows what you need and knows if his guy/gal can do it. Trust his judgement—he wouldn't offer up someone that wasn't a fit. It is well worth a couple of hundred dollars to fix the home page. From there, if you are hell bent on DIY, you can do the inside pages yourself. But that home page is key since your traffic is bouncing or converting there.
Edit: the first Test2 looked better.
Edit2: I didn't see GA code? You need that. Yahoo site builder? Come on! Spend the money for a real site.
BTW - Why isn't your "Woven Labels Source" a woven label instead of cheesy text art?

Guys, I wanted to give an update.
That landing page really, really sucked. That video and your feedback really made me examine and rework it.
Now today---I had twice the queries and sales as I usually do on a Monday---it's like my conversion doubled---just by following a few guidelines. I read more articles and watched a few more video on this very important topic---and I think that the info is much better to access.
You have to understand, people in manufacturing do not have fancy websites. In fact, most of my high ranking competitors have very doggy websites with screwed up layout where code got messed up and messed up the interface. Many of them are not native English speakers so the copy is sucky.
The people who buy are very 1. targeted and 2. price conscious.
We have the lowest price and manufacture items people can't find anywhere else, so it is a matter of
1. People finding us
2. Basic info being easy to find
3. establishiing authority through education (writing)
You guys were right, my landing page absolutely sucked!
Just making it easier to navigate makes all the difference in the world!
Man, I really dig SEM and SEO---I wished to god I had learned about this craft years ago. I cannot tell you the hell i have gone through with marketing---mostly money pits. SEO is at least a little democratic.

I queried Woven Clothing Labels and 3 of the first 5 sites that came up were modern and attractive. I worked in the fabric industry for years and honestly, I don't think you know your demographic.

Kernal, there is no sense in being disrespectful...why offer advice if you aren't going to be professional? I have built this business up from nothing---in a crushing economic depression. With zero debt.
HOWEVER, the changes I made to the landing page literally doubled the conversion rate this week. I do appreciate the feedback on the landing page.
Let me give you a little bit of wisdom---you need to learn customer service. Remember when you emailed my stone account last Sunday from your gulf state last Sunday---I gave you informative and excellent customer service. You need to develop better professionalism and customer service. If you had been professional and more tactful, I would have hired you to help me make changes to my site.
I wanted to share this really useful site for emarketing
www.marketingexperiments.com
There are a TON of resources for all levels of optimization.
I don't claim to be an expert---but i am just amazed what huge differences small changes can make. I will thank you and the other poster for alerting me in the right direction. I now have all kinds of ideas I wil implement.

Keep in mind less is more—KISS. Your home page looks better, but you still have a lot of work. When your site doesn't look professional, it makes people question the quality of your work and the stability of your business. Since all they know is what they see on online you better make it great. This isn't a web design forum, but I'll give you a few tips for your home page.
• Get rid of the centered text
• Put the most important info above the fold
• Pick 2 colors and stick with them.
• Since your labels are text in the images, don't let the colored text on your page fight with the colors of the text in the sample label images.
• Get rid of the paypal verified, or put it at the bottom.
• Make your phone number BIG - don't make a client look for it.
• Quit repeating yourself.
• Make all of your text black, and your links color.
• Use bullets instead of numbers unless there is an order to the process
• Consistency—in all aspects—throughout the site is mandatory
