    domain changing and backlinks

    Hi

I've changed my site's address from
    Code:
    to
    Code:
all my backlinks are pointed to .ir domain. I wanna know what happens to the blacklinks? should they be changed to .com?

301 the old site to the new .com site, and everything will work just fine, make sure you keep the old url an not let it go.

the site content has not changed. the only change is changing .ir to .com
i have redirected .ir to .com and have submitted "change of address" in search console.
i wanna know backlinks should be changed to .com or not.

Yes, I agree 301 is a permanent redirection. old page to new page..

Technically you loose a little PageRank Value when redirecting a link, so if you have a few very valuable backlinks it might be interesting to change that backlink to the .com instead of passing by the 301 redirection but in most cases 301 redirecting the old pages to the new pages is just fine.

You can redirect your all .ir URLs to .com URLs using "htaccess" file so that you don't lose your website traffic. You will observe a little drop in keywords ranking but don't worry, the link juice will definitely pass to the new URLs and see improvement in short period of time. One more thing, submit your new website to Google Search Console for crawling and keep a close watch on errors.

Bit of a scary sentence. I wouldn't 'change' your links to your new site because that just confirms to Google they're artificial.

301 each page from .ir the new .com version

    .ir/ >> .com/

    .ir/hello-derek/ >> .com/hello-derek/

    .ir/tea-types/yorkshire-tea/ >> .com/tea-types/yorkshire-tea/

Generally, 301 redirections pass all link juice from old URL to new one, even penalty also.
