    Domain Authority / Internal Linking

I have noticed over the past few months my domain authority has dropped on <snip>. I am thinking it may have to do with internal linking.

Are there any great videos to watch about internal linking. I have added some many forms that do not have a parent page. Will this affect SEO Domain Authority?

Is there a tool that can analyze this and provide some assistance?

I find that simple websites are much easier to SEO for. Also, have you checked your website with google webmaster tools? Their tools will let you know if there are any issues with website.

Domain authority is a Moz metric I hardly trust. It is not a Google Metric. In fact, read the latest video Moz related on their blog as they recently changed it again. I can't speak to the new domain authority calculations. But if you really want to know if your organic is taking a hit or not, these are the metrics you should be looking at.

    1. Keywords Ranking (from any keywords tracker)
    2. Organic performance (from search console)
    3. Number of pages being indexed (from search console)
    4. Organic traffic (from Google Analytics)
    5. Organic goal completion (from Google Analytics, hopefully, you have them)

Those are a few I look it, if I see real SEO drop, then I start looking at other metrics.

Do you have to put nofollow when you put internal links to your website in article?

If you want a link to be nofollow, you'll have to do it, if it's from another site it'll be up to that site owner, your question really doesn't make much sense.

A healthy exercise for any organization is to sit down and list the role of the website. Answer these two important questions: What do you want each user to do when they visit? What is most important about your site? The answers will vary, but may sometimes be identical.

Your website domain authority was decreasing but recently Moz has also updated Domain Authority 2.0 & most of the sites hit by this DA update and they lost their DA.

So if you doing quality work quality link for your website. So now your website would have good DA.
