I was wondering if these Right-click disable javascripts have any sort of effect on SEO? anyone have any ideas?

No I wouldn't worry about it.
It may dilute the code ever so slightly but the actual code will be ignored. I would not worry about doing this in the slightest. As a side note, many people do this to prevent images being stolen etc. If someone realy wants to copy your code or images they will! By the very nature of web sites if they can see it you have already given it to them. I would use htaccess to prevent any image hotlinking and put a copyright notice on your site. Other than that, theres, not a lot you can do.

Disabling right click is very annoying for a number of reasons. It could cost you a couple of regular visitors (using - for example - right clicking to open links in new windows). Anyone out to steal your pics will find another way. The pros don't get your pics and text content manually anyway: they use funky scraping scripts for that
