Difference between .in and .com domain from Google prespective

Guys,

I am creating a micro site and i have two domains with me for keywords that have good relevant traffic for my business.

Let's take one keyword to "first keyword" and second "second keyword" , both having same traffic.

I have first-keyword.com and secondkeyword.in , which would be preferable domain to create this microsite. Suggestions ?

If you are looking for local area then .in is best as it concentrate on particular area and also Google give it more preference then .com site (only if it have a good content). Other wise .com domain is best because it is acceptable in all over world and also while searching Google give it more preference if keyword is globally.
