Thanks | In theory no. Google says it can not happen. I have never seen anyone who claims it has happened to them. It would be quite easy to spot efforts to do this to your site and therefore do something about them anyway.
If it was possible I am sure there would be many well known examples of it. To the best of my knowledge there are none.
