Can this site be optimized "as is" - Framesets galore!!!

I sure would appreciate some help on this. I have a good friend who owns two hotels in the spa town of Baden Baden Germany. His sites were designed locally some years ago and have been built quite extensively with framesets. As I understand them, framesets are not ideal for search engine optimization purposes. Correct? Will you look at this site, www hotel-belle-epoque dot de (I am not sure if I can post url here, hence the url format). As you see, they use framesets quite a bit. I am suggesting that the site either be redone without framesets OR just add gateway pages and hope for the best. What would you do in this situation? Thanks so very, very much.
Tom

important tags r missing in framsets

This is an sample example <Framsets>are not recomended but.U can still go on with framsets firstly website is not optimized and secondly <Framsets> u havn't used TITLE tag for frameset which is very IMPORTANT when search engine search only for TITLE and NOFRAMES tag when u r using <Framsets>

I have mentioned a sample example which may give an idea.

<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE>Baden-Baden Hotel Europe’s 2nd largest Festival- and Operahouse a night at the most beautiful casino in Europe</TITLE>
</HEAD>
<FRAMESET cols="10%, 90%"
title="Our library of electronic documents">
<FRAME src="nav.html" title="casino in Europe">
<FRAME src="doc.html" title="Operahouse a night">
<NOFRAMES>
<A href="lib.html" title="Baden-Baden Hotel Europe’s 2nd largest Festivalk">
Select to go to the Hotel</A>
</NOFRAMES>
</FRAMESET>

if u want any furthet help.jus email me
