The horrible WoT might have something to do with it. You know the one you put on every page.

I guess you could try to cheat/fudge that pile of dung into the top page but it won't be long until Google catches on and dumps you back to page 5,000 where you belong.

Have you considered trying to make a useful site that guides users toward your conversion goal with simple navigation and helpful easy to understand content?

You list your occupation as "SEO / Web Designer" I think you should fire yourself for blatant misrepresentation.

What keyword are you trying to rank for? 'computer repair' ? If so it looks like you have a lot of work to do!

    Ah I see thanks.
Good advice, I only felt like scanning most of it so their bounce rate must be sky high.

Yep. It is one of the first things you would learn in a web design course.

    • realityhack → disagrees: You obviously lack the expertise you claim. No web designer I know would ever put a site that bad live.

I doubt I'm qualified to guide you if you've had a #1 listing in Google already, as I'm a bit new to this, but @realityhack's advice can't hurt; break up the text with some illustrated bullet points and images to make it more appealing.
