9 Filtered Sites with 7 Unique C Block Addresses

1 Unique Commerical Domains (*.com, *.net, etc) with 1 Unique C Block Addresses

I was using www. linkhounds .com's Link Harvester.

I think Link harvesting is not such a good idea. Sometimes it hurts your ranking.

The use of the tool doesn't harm you nor the links... the strategy may cause a null... e.g. doesn't hurt but doesn't help neither.

Unique C Block means the appear to be on separate servers.
Bad? that would depend on what their history like were they used for spam or black hat techniques.

The only value would be if the have any traffic, pr or bl's.
