Blog commenting
How many comments is too many to do per day. I have 4 keywords that im trying to rank for. And I was thinking 5-10 comments per keyword a day. Is that too many?

And i actually find relevant blogs and give a good comment so its not spammy.

4-5 is not bad, you have to remember that google will not index each one of these blogs on a daily basis so even if you post 10 comments with links in a day 3 of the blogs might get crawled one day 5 the next etc. etc.

Hi LegendZelda,

Blog commenting is a good start for link building, however I'd recommend spending time submitting your website to relevant directories, news sites, guest blogging and article repositories.

I do other forms of link building. I am just wanting to get into some blog commenting as well.

Generally 4-5 blog commenting is enough for a particular day. Its a good way to start link building. But here u have to keep few thing in mind before u start blog commenting. Like

1. do commenting in similar kind of blog and relevent site. If possible try to comment higher PR blog.
2. Dont promote ur site. Comment with the relevent topic and discussion as if it must b important to the context.

ClickyB disagrees: Most blog links are "nofollow" so it's a bad way to start linkbuilding... Also PR is irrelevant
because "nofollow" stops it from passing to your site.
