DeepMatrix LiveStats XSP 6.2 is pretty damn amazing, my host charges me $1.50 a month to look at it... it tells me where in the world people are looking at my site from on a colorful map! Well worth the $18 a year.

Try Urchin
We use Urchin - it's fairly inexpensive, blazing fast, and generates great reports. Best of all, you can use regular expressions to filter report results, and there's a great PERL api if you want to do a little custom work.

I'm a reseller - I got a private label hosted solution, It works wonders although they have some problems identifuing spiders. Service is great too and is perfect for reselling.
