Question Are SE case sensitive to meta tags

Are search engines case sensitive?
Is it necessary to have

a) all words "job", "jobs", "Job" and "Jobs" in meta tags.
b) If I have a phrase "Search jobs, Engineering jobs" in my meta tag do I also need to add "jobs" in my meta tags.
c) If my URL is bestindianjobs.com do I get the benefit for search words "india" and "indian" "job" and jobs"
d) In my title should I put "bestindianjobs" or "best indian jobs" to get benefit for search word "best", "indian", "jobs"

Suggestions welcome !!

Harish
