In first place for the most default unchanged crap titles on the web competiton goes to Dreamweaver users with 4,110,000 crap titles. :-) (actually other software also produces as default "untitled document" but most will Dreamweaver)

The mind truly boggles. Some of the domains belong to major companies. This of course doesnt count all the foreign versions the editors. Try out allintitle:"Neue Seite 1", Gemran language Frontpage users account for 378,000 screwed up titles alone.
