Advanced SEO Guide

There are countless numbers of SEO guides for beginners out there with Google even publishing one. But is there an SEO guide for more intermediate to advanced SEO?

I haven't been able to find one yet.

Because SEO is also an art... it becomes art once you learn the basics... the more advanced SEOs do not always see eye-to-eye. Until SEO becomes even more a science (set rules, reactions, stimuli = predictable output, etc.) you will lilkely not see a comprehensive work of advanced SEO methods and techniques in publishable form. Maybe in a few more years.

Another thing to take into consideration is the ever-changing nature of SEO. The SE are constantly refining their engines and modifying them so that we can't manipulate the search results

I think the best thing you can do is pick up an article that gives you a brief explanation of Basic SEO. The rest unfortunately you will have to learn through practice. As mentioned above, with SE algorithms being so dynamic, it is impossible to stick to one method. Read a lot of articles on popular forums like this one to learn new updates, watch videos(Matt Cutts' put up some decent ones) and most importantly, practice yourself.

p.s. any 'Advenced SEO Tactics' article is most likely to be a collection of black hat methods9(link farms etc). I would suggest that you keep away from them.
