How to turning your online visitors traffic into buyers/customers traffic?

Overview:

Many leading search engines and b2b web sites offering online advertising pay per click promotions, search engines optimizations, Backlinks promotions, keyword e-marketing, Banner ads, etc. Now days every body knows about SEO or emarketing means online marketing can help to bring visitors buyers traffic on their web sites or their online shopping stores or malls.

If you type "shopping" keyword in search engines you can see many websites sponsored links on top, bottom or right or left side on search results web page. Should add few more things

Great stuff, yes those are the main factors to convert your online visitors in to buyers/customer. I would like to add one more point to it, you should introduced a tool by which your customer calculate how much money you are actually spending to carry on their SEO activities. It also suggests them a package that can help them save money and leverage their time.

I think whatever you specified here is good for a large business website but what would you say for a small business website that have quality contents and have good services,good PR still don't have a reputated traffic.... how should promote these websites????
