Conversions

You can analyze all you want, but it comes down to business basics.
  1. What is your reputation compared to your competitors
  2. What offers are you providing your customers?
  3. Can they get a better deal somewhere else?
  4. Is the buying process easy?
  5. Do you provide enough information about your products / services so they feel comfortable?
  6. When presenting products and services is there a call to action to buy?

A customer is sold when you convince them that you can solve a problem or need they have. It's not that complex.

thanks for the inputs & advise. aside from clicktracks, do you know other tools on where we can track our visitors on which pages they had visited?

I have just started to charge for my membership services to my website. I have people going to the sales page but not buying. I was wondering if anyone could take a look at it and tell me what i am doing wrong. www. personaltrainerdirect . com / Trainerintro.aspx
