A good article for beginner to intermediate SEOs. This article was very well written and I'm sure a lot of people will benefit from its content.

However, it did not suggest any new information (R&D) for advanced SEOs, just iterate old known criteria in a well fashioned, well typed way.

Full marks for content and layout. -1 for no R&D.

Thanks for the positive comments and you are right hexed, it wasnt for advanced seo and most experienced seos already knew most or all of the content. There has to be a point where a professional seo declines to publish research and know-how as some of the research results could well be seen as 'business crucial' and would not make business sense to open publicly. I will however in my next article try to focus on something for advanced seos, without selling the farm :-)

I like this article. It is very useful for beginner who want to avoid the bad technique. Some people can be mistake if he doesn't know about the technique, for instance, redirection. If some people use wrong technique, it can be banned from Google.

I missed this first time around as it wasn't up (see comments above).

Interesting comments re the printer friendly version - reminded me that we've recently been asked by a few people we know if we know how Google et al would treat the same copy being provided as PDF, Word, print friendly HTML and HTML.

Anyone have experience of this?
