As we discuss SEO constantly, it's easy to understand how many webmasters could become focussed exclusively on SEO, at the expense of other marketing and promotional efforts.

I wrote the article to remind website owners that an overall promotional plan, of which SEO is only one part, is essential to success. No one can afford to miss the potential business opportunities that may arise from other promotional activities.

Most promotion and marketing articles provide the nuts and bolts of do this and do that. I write those articles too. In this article, I wanted to show the importance of developing an overall plan for your website.
