Yahoo Is conning me what would you do?

Hello Guys,

What would you do here?

I started using yahoo PPC advertising about 2mts ago, i noticed i was getting a lot of clicks from one site and when i look into it the site was showing my ad and asking people in a sneaky way to click on it, the site did not even sell the products i was selling nor the keyword i set the account up for, so i called yahoo and was told they would look into it, the first email came back and said they have looked into it and they have seen nothing that would cause a problem.

I called the fraud dept as i was mad and asked them to justify what they said and if they allow click fraud, they asked me to send them the link and what other details i had, so i did, they came back and said they do not have ads or can not find any on that site ( so they was calling me a liar).

So i had to deactivate my account, went to the site and my ad was there, so then called the fraud dept again to show them that my ad was showing on that site, they agreed then said know they have the evidence that they would send all the emails to the states and get back to me (im in the UK).

I then receive an email again from the fraud dept saying that the site is one of their sponsors, so i asked for a manager to contact me, they told me ALL managers was in a meeting, but i was promised one would call me back straight away, ive had no phone to day and this was 4 days ago.

Today i received a email again from the fraud dept saying again saying they have look into my account and see nothing wrong.

Sorry to go on but im just pulling my hair out and on top off that they still have a lot of money in my account and are not offering it back to me.

Any advice would be great.

Would turning off 'content match' make a difference?

I have Content Match turned off on all of my PPC accounts.

If you go into administration you should be able to block domains from showing your ad. I had to do this for yahoo showing my ads on ebay...

Also make sure content match is off.
