This is the same with Google, MSN & Yahoo. When I pause my accounts I still have a cost when I run my reports for that week.
For instance I have several campaigns that I paused a week ago. When I ran my report for the last 3 days because this is the end of the month I came up with a spend of almost $400. Why am I still incurring a cost when my campaigns have been paused. I keep going over budget because of this. Do I have to pause 2 weeks ahead of time to eliminate my spend? I don't understand. |

Talk to Adwords support. When you pause a campaign you should not be spending money. I do not have that problem with my accounts.

Because the reporting is delayed and if you are out on the content network or showing in the top 3 Google cannot pause the ads out in their network right away. It may take up to a couple hours. Your better off doing ad scheduling but there will still be a lag-time. GaryTheScubaGuy |
