I'm fairly new to the world of PPC as well--so sorry for the newbie questions.

Analytics is showing that I only had about 100 visits to my client site last month, however, my adwords account is showing me that I had well over 3,000 clicks.

Is the 100 visits that Analytics is showing me just for 'new visitors'?

Is your analytics tracking set up correctly on every page of your site? Are the URLs correct in your Adwords account?
