Trade mark use in the UK
Does anyone know the best contact or telephone number to speak to someone about trademark use in the UK?
I have been given permission by a client to use a trademarked brand name of large finincial institution to use their brand name to advertise our product. Does anyone know how I go about this or who to contact?

This would be between you and the client and not any third party.
Get the specifics of TM use in writing and signed by an attorney to protect yourself found false claims of infringment.

Sounds like your referring to PPC trademark use. In that case you need to have the company contact Google, Yahoo or whoever and have them send permission...usually via fax and/or with your or their rep.
