Angry QR = Road to Insanity

OK, so I am a bit baffled and confused. I have been working with the various search engines on getting my ringtone site up and running. We have about a lot of words, and have gotten approval for may of them. However, some of them, like "cingular ringtone", "free ringtone", etc. have not gotten approved, due to QR. Now, when I go to google or yahoo and do a search as to a comparison o what has been approved, I can see that my page has more valid content then the other ones that they have placed at a very high ranking. Most ringtone affiliate sites, including mine, use a similar design for the landing page. We spiced ours up with relevant content that we pull from our blog. an example:

US: ringtones.25x8mafia.com

example of competition: www.freeringtonesnow.net

I guess I am confused as to why I would be told our page does not qualify as valid, but the example page does. Any thoughts?

Sorry if my first post was not clear. My site is getting a low QR (google asking me to improve my QR or pay more), but sites I see that are approved and placing high in the PPC ranking have much less relevancy than mine. I know they cant be paying high prices for the words, because as an affiliate they could not be profitable unless they had astronomical conversions.

My question was am I missing something about QR and what makes a site relevant?

THe qr also depends on the age/history of the account. Perhaps, They might be advertising days before you started to advertise.,

Also, CTR depends on how you group your keywords/adgroups/campaigns.,

Try grouping adgroups, campaigns and keywords. Try to utilize campaigns to the Maximum extent allowed to your account.

thanks for the input. We are going to rework the adGroups (smaller keywords per group, tighter focus, etc.)
