Private label PPC solutions for new search engine

I'm working with a new vertical search engine that has just gone live. Traffic is growing very fast. User feedback is great. Receiving emails from people who want to advertise.
We need to implement a PPC system to display ads alongside our organic results (similar to adwords, overture, etc.)

Option 1: build a PPC system ourselves - this is a possibility we are looking into.

Option 2: Get someone to power a PPC solution for us.

anyone have any ideas how we can explore possibilities on option 2?

Well if your traffic is expanding you can try new pay-per-something technologies other than ppc, because google and overture and now with the new msn ppc system you will need to get smarter and better ideas in order to get clients to join and to use. Also security is more expensive than the ppc system itself.

If you got budget and want to get in something new you can try to aim what is now hot and there is not much competition on the internet, this is pay-per-call, which ingenio is the leader rigth now.

If you want more info here is the link paypercall.ingenio.com, rigth now their system is very stiff and sucks alot because of the lack of flexiblility on their add system, and rigth now yahoo is exploring that new field and also google but none of them has make a press release so noone know about their tests.

If you try to get in the ppc market this huge companies (google, overture) will crash you, what i suggest is try to get in this ppcall thing because is new and it seem a very nice and clear idea.

Also can you give me the Search Engine url?

If you are getting good traffic, I dont see any reason why a google like model shouldnt work for you. It all depends on how much traffic you are getting and what budget you have.

That is exactly my point but you are wrong, haha.... google can and is expending alot and i mean tons of money on Adwords, and i dont think that they a small group of people that can develope a program like adwords so in fact if you want you can compite but never the way big SE and their unlimeted budget can... so a better option if offering a new and good service.

This is like SEO, sometimes you cant compite with big keywords you will need to go for the long tail....
