PPC management solutions...recommendations?
I was wondering if anyone had recommendations for good PPC bid management providers? I need something that can manage both my Google Adwords and Overture accounts.

I would also like the solution to use my cost for acquisition (CPA) as a variable. A lot of the solutions just let you maintain a desired ranking but dont seem to take my acquisition costs in mind. I want to maximize the number of new customers and minimize my CPA...I don't really care about my ranking as long as it meets those objectives.

I am open to hosted solution, downloaded software, or agency that manages the account.

I also dont want to spend thousands of dollars...I have about 20K keywords.
