Unhappy PPC detective work - need your opinion

Dear PPC professionals, I would appreciate your opinion regarding a campaign that I took over from another company for a client:

My own (brand-new) campaign on Adwords and YSM is underperforming compared to their figures, and I would like to rule out the possibility that they faked their year-end performance report. Please take a look at the attached image - this image shows figures for a Google campaign. I have used YSM for only a few weeks, but I can see that this snapshot looks an awful lot like a YSM report. Could you please tell me if this is indeed a YSM report, or a report from some sort of legitimate third-party tool?

I appreciate your help very much.

I also have a snapshot of a report showing their YSM campaign generating 1600 clicks in one month, compared to 4800 clicks in Adsense for a whole year. Because the reports show only "last month" for YSM, and "entire year" for Google, I suspect that they have actually run the campaign for only the last month (totally in YSM), and used a low CPC bid to click on the client's ads themselves.

Other posts that are a lot more interesting. People don't want to make fraud accusations.
