PPC Arbitrage: How To Tips?
I've heard a lot about arbitrage,and I understand the concept of buying cheap advertising and getting higher-paying clicks off of the resulting traffic, but my question is more about the nuts and bolts of the process. How would one go about putting together a successful arbitrage setup?

Any tips or articles on this would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
