As a much smaller operation I cannot run the PR that gets this kind of coverage, but it looks like www.bubz.net solves many of the same mathematical modelling problems in the PPC space.

You may also want to check out Dynamic Submission or look in the join section of
http://www.onlinewindowshopping.homestead.com. You may find some sites for promoting your business/increasing traffic that are ppc or paid submission with some free trials.
