New to overture need help from expert SEM

I am new to yahoo marketing world and having following queries

•How to block my own IP in my overture account so that I can distinguish impression of keywords which are search through my PC

•How to increase conversion ratio?

•Which match type is better for keywords “advanced match type” or “standard match type in overture?”

my main keywords are not doing well with overture a/c
i have chaneges Title & desc and made niche so user can clik on my add but still i am getting 3000 impression and only 3 click,my add display on first 5position...

can any one guide me how to improve my a/c performance to earn better ROI and profit....
