Moving away from GoToast

hi,

we have set up large campaigns through GoToast on Adwords, Overture and Miva.

we would now like to manage the campaigns manually directly from the CPC providers interface (and later on integrate their API ourselves).

what is the smoothest way to move away from GoToast?
