inactive for search actually means that your keyword is inactive due to a low bid. Raise the bid to activate the keyword.

The other way is find more keyword and add them to your camp.
Keyword with the low search volume is take the low bid for active. (Almost but not at all)

you can insert Meta Tags (primary keyword focused) within HEAD section of landing page, its a important factor for crawling of text by google.

Search engine love text! This is a very important criteria for their ranking algorithms. The presence of important keywords in the title and the text of a page is now much more important than the presence in the "description" or "keywords" meta tags.

Graphical pages (without text) are often bad ranked on search engines because their algorithms can't understand the meaning of the document.

Put your important keywords in the begining of the text, in bold.

It can be interesting to put the keyword in the text of of a link. For example, this sentence is not good:
If you like dogs, click here.
This one is better:
More information about dogs.

For a SEO-friendly web designer, the content and the layout of the website are the priority concerns. A professional web designing service works on the marketing aspects of the web page rather than the visual part of it. Thus, a SEO-friendly web designer may ignore some of the Flash contents that you thought would work wonders for your web site’s home page. Also, he may suggest an alternative for a form or a table contained in your website. Why? The answer directs you to the importance of having a SEO-friendly web design for your web site.

The SEO web design bases its principles on ‘organic’ search engine marketing. In simple words, organic SEO is the natural methods of optimizing the websites by providing quality contents and quality links. It also depends greatly on the architecture of the web pages.

He will also concentrate on the visual presentation of the web site by which it gains the appreciation of the users. The Flash and the graphic elements contribute greatly for the visual appeal of a web site. On the flip side, these elements sometimes act as stumbling blocks for the search engine spiders to crawl through the website and pick the web site links for optimization.

-H1 (or on page headline). Does it match at least two of the keywords per adgroup ad on the landing page?
-Are you using your domain/key phase as an interior page display URL (should match actual domain interior page, not just display)?
-Do you have tight adgoups with at least a two keyword base for every phrase in the adgroup (if not, you need more adgroups)?
-Is your exact phrase in the ad description copy?
-Are you buying exact, phrase, and broad matched keywords, then making new adgroups as broad match data comes in (use the search query report or gather raw query data using a 3rd party analytics)?

Quality Score Givens-
-Do you have a privacy policy? (AdWords spiders for this)
-Do you have a terms of service page? (AdWords spiders for this)
-Quick page load time(new quality score addendum)?
