None of the SE use it. They use their own db's. (Although Yahoo owns them)

It used to be that if you paid to get into Looksmart, you were assured to be in MSN. Today, AFAIK, Looksmart has no association with MSN anymore. In fact, MSN's Live uses their own. LookSmart used to be a SE hybrid 5 years ago, and used human editors that also determined positioning. They bought a couple of the pioneer 'comparison' networks which was a boost for them.
I would look at your log files for the last 12 months and see if the traffic they send, if any, is worth the $49. They used to have a loyal following until Y bought them.

If any, Yahoo, because Yahoo owns them. But doubtful. Do some A/B testing on their ad network and organic network and test the results...how many sales does it take to pay for the $49 yrly fee?
