I need a honest person to deal with! A chance to make some business.

I just need a help here. Look, I'm a business person located in Estonia
my work is to sell the goods, most of my goods I sell at eBay.

I usually sell laptop units , sometime other items .. so the payments to be received are from $800.00 up to $2,000.00

This why I need your help, the main thing is that everybody at eBay use PayPal only
as a payment method. But if you'll look at PayPal's website they offer a "Send Only" service for Estonian
members, this why I have a trouble with receiveing the payments.

I think the best way to use to deliver the funds from you to me is
Western Union. Just to let you know, that Western Union fees will be fully covered from my cut, so you'll
earn "clean" 10% from every single transfer. I think it's a good cut for such service.

You need to do nothing, but to recieve and send the funds, and get 10% from every single transfer.

I think the problem here is - you are not likely the person with the merchandise merely someone taking orders.

In that scheme of things - there is the customer - a 3rd party account, a 4th party ordering merchant, and a 5th party company that acts as a shipper/receiver [possibly with a 6th party supplier] and then the manufacturer.

Too many hands.

Your best bet is to develop your own website, own merchant service [eCommerce solution] and then use your own "direct" credit card processing [which is preferred over PayPal to most customers].

...or try some less obvious scam.
