Google banning?

We keep having trouble with google, because somehow the competitors are complaining too much about our business monopoly to google, most of my ads are not suspended, but simply not running, put on hold, i have multiple accounts from partner sites, laserpointer.com, lasercommunity.com, starphaser.com, can you help manage these accts? We spend no doubt over 2000$ per day in clicks, and we get good conversions, also wickedlasers is already in top for keywords like "lasers" on google.
