Frozen Google Adwords account

Dear All,

I would like to know whether if I can claim from Google for having my account in frozen state for more than a week for no fault of mine. The account was topped up frequently, even after adding money, my account was in suspended state, it took them more than a week to sort out this issue.

I don't think you would make them to do anything they say is against their policy. It is a corporation so it is pretty buerocratic. That's normal.
