Flat fee PPC
I am new to this forum but not to PPC. Has anyone ever used an independent coolition of 150+ search engines that claim for a flat fee ($4 per month) (no PPC) per keyword or keyphrase for 3 months no matter what the traffic - 10 clicks or 10,000? The details are at isedn.org and many of the search engines have high PR #s. Interested in feedback or experience.

I'd be careful with that. I checked out that site, and half of those search engines don't bring up any content when you do a search. I would stick to more well known PPC sites like good adwords and yahoo search marketing.
