FindWhat & Enhance (ah-ha) opinions?
Hello folks,
I have let my findwhat and enhance accounts go to $0 since I just haven't seem to see much of a difference. I don't spend much with either one of them, but both are hard to track to see if I have customers with them. I can only see what findwhat and enhance say they sent to me as clicks. Please post your experiences with them or if you have had better results with another ppc (besides overture, I use them also.) I am curious to hear if either one of the two have a strong presence on the web somewhere that sends quality traffic to you. ie. ads on a big site like sports illustrated or NBC or something of the sort. Thank you.

Advertising is a very opjective issue which I am sure you would understand. People who click on the link does not necessary want to sign up for the service straight away or they may be just browsing, You'd never get 100% results with PPC/CPC Engines.
As I have seen many of my friends advertising on major Engines like Enhance(ah-ha), ePilot, 7Search, GoClick etc.. I woudl never suggest to use those major feeds as they distribute the Listings to other PPC' under them. I myself use XML feeds from ah-ha and FindWhat. Its always better to advertise on smaller engines than those. A few of my friends used my servie and a few more small engines and they ditched overture and other major engines which they advertised on, earlier. They got conversions too compared to those major engines. Smaller engines allow low Bid value and same results compared to major feeds. Hope this helps! |

I am not going to mention names... but my accounts are at $0 with a few of the minor ppc services. My logs did not confirm the clickthroughs - I have special landing pages for all ad campaigns. When I have complained that my stats didn't agree with the number of clicks that I was charged for they do not reply - but with some the click count dropped significantly after the complaint. Keep your hand on your wallet if you use minor ppc services.
Log stats for google and overture confirm what they charge me. I am happy with their services.

I dont know which PPC's are you talking about that ripped you off. But I am not taling about those UN-heard of ppcs. Try a few which you have heard of. Ask a few people around. If possible, talk to the Webmaster of the PPC. Try my ppc if you want. There are a few satisfied advertisers whom I can refer you to, You might want to talk to them and know about our service.. |
