Finding PPC Keywords

Hey guys,

My boss has decided that it's time we expand into PPC, but we have no experience with this and really aren't sure where to begin.

Does anyone know a way of finding local Canadian-related terms on which to bid?

All I can think of is to search various keywords, see what competitors pop up in PPC and then research them to see what other keywords they're bidding on.

The problem is that we really aren't sure what keywords to search for to begin with! Oi.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated

If you want to know some information what keywords your competitors are using in the google adwords, you can use:

http://spyfu.com/

If you want to research keyword variations, meaning if you want specific keyword variations of a broad keyword for example "laptops" then you want to see all the feasible keyword variations with traffic level and adwords competition level. You can use:

https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

If you want to know specifically the traffic level of that keyword in terms of clicks per day in google you can use:

https://adwords.google.com/select/TrafficEstimatorSandbox

If you want to be educated in PPC/google adwords you can visit:
