Finding bid rates in Google
How will you find out bid rates for keywords in google? Are there any specific tools for the purpose, the same way as one can find yahoo bid rates using the tool http://www.uv.bidtool.overture.com

There is not one available although there are a few websites that list the top paying keyword, but they are generally quite out of date..

CPC Rates in Traffic Esitmator
Use the Traffic Estimator, leaving the MAX CPC field blank and it will tell you the MAX CPC for individual key words/phrases.
Then manually reduce the Google Suggested MAX CPC to get the average positions. This tool however is not known for being highly accurate as the actual performance of your keywords will also depend on the relevancy of your ad text and how compelled the user is to give you their Click thru.
