CPC Ad without real-time keyword

CPC Ad without real-time keyword

I have a site with good traffic and number of clicks, but my problem with AdSense is that it provides low-value keywords through real-time keyword.

They are mainly captured from the visitors comments on the pages, and not actual subject of my site.

Can you recommend a system like AdSense but with fixed keywords?
