Unhappy Cost Per Action - Is it offered to US advertisers?

I know this is a PPC forum, but I was wondering if CPA or Cost-Per-Action or Cost-Per-Conversion campaigns still exist on ad networks in the U.S. Does anyone know if this is dead?

Google offers this to its upper level advertisers. In order to qualify you have to spend a specific amount for 3 months in a row. The company I work for meets this spend and we have been using the CPA program with moderate success. Hope this helps.

I am looking for affilliate networks, search engines, or even web sites that are open to setting up a deal based on CPA.
