is there somewhere a comprehensive realiable list of all (at least major) per per click engines or providers that lists their costs and reviews them impartially?

Unless really warranted, IMO to go utside of the big three is a total waste of time. With Yahoo now losing advertisers to Google big time, even Yahoo is suspect.
