Click Fraud and lack of interest in it from YSM
Please have a look at
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=81.201.104.136&meta=
I have had a similar incident when there have been obvious fraudulent clicks. A 1500% increase on a non sensical search term overnight all being refered from the same source apparently is nothing out of the ordinary I am told.
All of the clicks come from different IP addresses but the same source. YSM does not think there is anything strange about this. Further more all of the clicks come from blacklisted spammers (due to infected machines no doubt) and the IP address - 81.201.104.136/rindex.php is a known spyware product / interface.
I am absolutely stuned at the lack of interest shown in this case. It is not a lot of money because I acted quickly but I am stunned to find that a) No action is being taken and b) that I am not getting a refund on the clicks that I proved I was billed for and were fraudulent.
In short I don't think I will be paying YSM anymore of my money!
