I am guessing you may be avoiding Google Analytics because you might feel the numbers the numbers will be more favorable to Google. If you are not avoiding, and are just unaware, Google Analytics is a great way to track your PPC performance.
If you tag your PPC ads correctly and make sure and automatically tie AdWords into your analytics, Google Analytics is a pretty robust system to track your PPC ads.
Here a few of many reasons to use:
-It's free now, and unlike most free items, it is very valuable.
-It can be easily accessed while already in AdWords.
-There are over 80 reports available.
-You can high impact transaction data if you use it correctly that can help you squeeze every last bit of performance out of your AdWords.
-Google has a stake in it, so it will evolve and get better and better over time. That's a given.
There is plenty of more technical reasons. If you have a more specific question about your site that your current analytics does not provide, post it and I can dig in and see if it is possible with Google Analytics.
