Best click fraud detection software?

Hello,

I would like to hear recommendations for click fraud detection software.

In addition I would like to know what I would need exactly to make a claim for click fraud with google and of course make my case. Would I need to show an IP log? how much do I ask for a refund? etc.

Thanks.

Hmm...dont' really have an answer here on this topic, as we don't do anymore PPC campaigns for clients, having moved away to the fully organic species...

that said, what'd a search in G show you? I'd think - wait - with more than 3million hits, there's gotta be some stuff there that looks like it'll help....and I'd first visit ALL the forums that come up say in the first 10 pages to see what others have to say, review wise....

course, there just may be some here who can offer spot-on reviews...just not us anymore!

There are two programs that I have played around with unsuccessfully: Adsense Clock Lock, and Asrep. If I could get the product to work with the features explained on the sales page then it would be awesome. I would like to know also, if anyone has any suggestions on how to prevent click fraud. Thanks.

Most of the available solutions seem to use javascript with a monthly fee. Expert Data Miner is rather using log analysis (flat price of 200$ if you purchase the software).
I don't believe that you can prevent any kind of fraud; you can just reduce it. Getting a refund from Google is not so easy, they claim that they use the best technology to fight click fraud but it's rather propaganda; of course if someone is clicking 6 times on your ads within 5 minutes you won't be charged, but once every hour during 10 days that's another issue. The best strategy is probably to filter out some geolocations and kick out some websites of the content network when you see that something is wrong with them.
