Automated PPC bid tool wanted

Hello,

I've been struggling to find a PPC bid tool that does the following:

1. Automatically adjusts bids throughout the day based on the desired cost per acquisition I enter in.

2. Does hour-to-hour day parting so the software will automatically increase and decrease bids during certain times of the day when conversion rate is better or worse. For example, the software would know that our site does not convert well at night and would automatically lower bids at night, etc.

3. We take applications online, but our actual conversions occur offline, so the software needs to be able to accept a data feed from our database with the offline conversion data via FTP or some other method.

4. Should work with Google, Yahoo Panama, MSN and Ask. Ask is not too important since it's so small.

I have not been able to find anything that has everything I'm looking for except for one that that had a $5,000 per month, minimum fee. I'm looking for one that is more reasonably priced. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

If your only wanting to use a lowish volume of keywords (under 5K) i have used bidmaximizer which is a pretty good tool in my opinion. it's easy to use, and does exactly what you've mentioned your looking for. Good luck and enjoy !!

I should have mentioned that I would really like web-based software. I have tried software like Dynamic Bid Maximizer in the past, but my computer would occasionally crash and shut the program off. Web-based software is much more stable, which is what I really want, since it will be running 24/7.
