Anyone used top-piles new Google pay per click

Ive received a few emails from top-pile going on about their new Google pay per click system in the organic listings. Just wondered if anyone has any info on this and experience.

Doesn't unsolicited mail say it all? Google doesn't offer PPC in their organic listings.

I spent about an hour talking with the Managing Director of Top Pile last SES Conference. Nice guy, but I don't necessarily approve of their tactics. Got a very good understanding of how they operate things too. I would recommend you tread with caution in regards to any type of Google PPC in organic results with them. Its rather backwards if you ask me. Basically, top pile has a lot of traffic from cloaking that they need to make use of. It could be some good traffic, I am not sure. But I am imagining it rather unreliable.
