I along with a few others are noticing that payouts are starting to go down hill for AdSense. Anyone else's earnings going down? What's going on?

This a very common occurence. It can be driven by many things. IMO, primary among them is the lessening of bids in Adwords due to budgetary considerations by the advertisers.
