Ads from other ad groups appearing

Ads from other ad groups appearing

Hi,
The problem we are facing is that, we have php developer as a keyword and when we checked in Google or Google Ad Preview Tool, that particular keyword is triggering Ad from a completely different Ad Group which is based on E Commerce keywords.

Can anyone help me out ??

php developer is a broad keyword.
